  Jerk Seasoning
The Arawak Indians, the original natives of Jamaica, created jerk. Jamaica Sun has carefully devised its blend of jerk seasoning to bring you the flavour and aroma that the Arawak Indians achieved hundreds of years ago. For every 500g of chicken, meat or fish, rub in 1 tbsp of our seasoning. Leave to marinate, preferably overnight. Then barbeque,
grill or slowly roast.
